AVHS Cheerleading MN is a high school sideline cheerleading team based in Minnesota. The team is dedicated to promoting school spirit, athleticism, and teamwork through their performances and community involvement. The team takes pride in representing Apple Valley and strives to inspire and uplift the crowd at every event.

Allison Rogich - Captain
Allison is a dedicated Junior who has been an integral part of our cheerleading program for three years, serving as Cheer Captain for the last two years, and next as she steps into her Senior year (2025-2026).
As a coach, I rely on Allison's leadership - she skillfully helps teach cheers to our 30-member squad with patience, precision, and enthusiasm. A quick learner with a sharp eye for detail, she also excels in choreography, crafting the stunting counts for our new time out cheer, "We Are the Eagles".
One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching leaders like Allison thrive. Her creativity, work ethic, and team-first attitude make her a valuable asset to our program. We're proud to have her leading the way!
Ja'Nya Henning - Captain
Ja'Nya is a standout Senior and a two-year Cheer Captain, bringing her energy and dedication to our squad. As she prepares to graduate, her leadership leaves a lasting legacy on our squad.
A natural leader, Ja'Nya plays a key role in teaching cheers, and fostering teamwork accross our 30-member squad. Her motivation for perfection and consistency set the tone for practices and performances alike. Whether she's sharpening routines or motivating the team to be their best, and on time, Ja'Nya leads by example with focus and sprit.
As a coach, I've been grateful for Ja'Nya's reliability, teamwork, and ability to bring out the best in caring to make the other cheerleaders their best. Her leadership was never just about skills - it was about heart. We'll miss her on the sidelines at games, but know she will achieve greatness in her next chapter!
